Firearms and Participation Policy

In order to participate in any events involving firearms, you must verify that you are not prohibited from owning, possessing or simply using a firearm under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America.

Registration Policy

All registration is done online and we accept VISA/MASTERCARD. Payment in full is requiured to book all activities and events unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received with more than 60 days notice prior to the start of the event/class will receive a refund less 20%.  Cancellations within 60 days of any event will receive a 50% credit toward another booking that must be booked within 12 months of the original booking date.  If a booking is made using a credit, there are no further refunds or credits if the second date is cancelled.

 

If The Shooters Gauntlet LLC cancels for any reason at any time you will receive a full refund.  All refunds are processed within 30 days of written notice.  No shows are non-refundable.  Cancellations MUST BE requested via written notice.  Written cancellation needs to be a certified letter (signature required) mailed to:

You may send your cancellation request via email to info@shootergauntlet.com, however, we only accept emails as a form of cancellation when you receive a reply from us confirming the cancellation.  If you do not get an email cancellation confirmation from us, please call us so that we may correct the issue. We do not accept phone calls or voice mails as a form of cancellation.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Shooters Gauntlet, LLC does not cancel events due to inclement weather, absent a state of emergency declared by government officials.

Private Groups

The Shooters Gauntlet, LLC is happy to work with groups and corporate events. We can customize training and missions for most specific needs.  Contact us with your requests… we would be happy to accommodate you!

CCW/Open Carry Policy

The Shooters Gauntlet, LLC does not infringe on citizens rights. It is up to you to be compliant with local, state and federal law. We do require that all weapons remain holstered while on premise unless a self defense situation arises.
